How to
Using your finger or a brush, apply to eyelid and blend in. Continue to layer color for desired intensity.

The texture is definitely a fluffy mouse like feel. I love putting my finger in the jar and feeling the eyeshadow. It's so fluffy that all the eyeshadow moves together when I touch the top layer. How awesome is that? I also like this kind of eyeshadow because they're not powdery( resulting in fallout). But it's also not the same as your regular cream eyeshadow. Makeup is suppose to be fun and that's what you get with this phenomenal eyeshadow.
The lasting power is great but i do have to wear a primer with this eyeshadow. It can sometimes crease when I wear it all day without it. Wearing a primer isn't a big deal to me though. It's totally worth it because I get to experiment with this interesting product and let's be honest I'm going to wear primer anyways.
It's also really easy to apply. The formula is super soft on my eyelids and spreads evenly with little effort. I also like that I can build up the color. I usually start out sheer and if I'm in the mood I will apply more to turn up the vibrancy of the shades.
I did notice these eyeshadows don't have a lot of product in them. Which I guess is fine since they are so cheap. I don't really care as long as if the eyeshadow itself is really good. Which, it is a great eyeshadow. It's not hard to build color with this eyeshadow so in the end you don't really need a lot of it.
E.l.f also says you can wear these eyeshadows as an eyeliner but I wouldn't recommend it. These are great as eyeshadows but I don't think they will be as good as your daily liner. The texture is perfect for a liner but the staying power wouldn't be as promising. If you have tried these as an eyeliner let me know in the comments below.
