Urban Decay Naked 3 tutorial

Hello!
Today I have a tutorial to share with you. The palette is picked for this look is the Urban Decay Naked 3. The look I created is definitely wearable and work appropriate. I typically do create looks that are within a lot of peoples comfort zone but feel free to request any unique looks you have in mind.
All of the products I used are in the picture below. The majority of it is drugstore with a couple exceptions.

Makeup
Maybelline Color Tattoo in Barley Branded
Urban Decay Naked 3 palette
Urban Decay 24/7 liner in zero
Rimmel Scandaleyes liner in nude
E.l.f liquid eyeliner
L'Oreal Voluminous Carbon Black mascara
E.l.f Natural Lash eyelashes
Tweezers

Brushes
Eco Tools eyeshadow brush
Sonia Kashuk eyeshadow brush
Sonia Kashuk fluffy blending brush
Sonia Kashuk detail brush
E.l.f smudge brush
E.l.f eyeliner brush

Sorry about the redness in my eyes. I get really bad allergies during this time of the year.

Here is a photo of the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette. If you don't have this palette, just try to use similar colors and I'm sure it will turn out just as pretty.

1. To start off the look I applied Maybelline's Barley Branded Color Tatoo to brighten up my eyes and to keep my eyeshadow in place all day.

2. Then, I used Limit from the Naked 3 in my crease with a fluffy eye brush. I didn't apply much but I applied enough to make the color visible. I started at the outer corner and blended my way into the inner corner.

3. Next, with an eyeshadow brush I applied Dust all over the lid in patting motions.

4. To deepen the outer corner I used Darkside. Using a precise definition brush start at the corner and work your way up the crease. Don't use too much or your crease will be too dark(unless you want it that way). I also blended it out toward the center of my eyelid but not very much. I mostly tried to keep it in the crease.

5. After I was done with Darkside I used Limit on a fluffy blending brush  to blend out any harsh lines above my crease.

6.The last shadow I used is Strange. I applied it with an eyeshadow brush to brighten up underneath my eyebrow.

7.For the lower lashline, I used Darkside on the outer corner and Dust on the inner corner & the tear duct. I used an eyeliner brush for the lashline but I wiped it off in between  different colors. If you prefer your eyes to be brighter apply more of the color Dust. I didn't go crazy with that color because right now I'm constantly rubbing my eyes in that area.

8. For my eyeliner I used e.l.f cosmetics liquid liner for a wing on the top, Urban Decays liner on the lower lashline to darken the outer corner, and Rimmels Nude liner to brighten my inner corner on the lower lashline.

9. Lastly, I applied L'Oreal's Voluminous Carbon Black mascara and applied e.l.f cosmetics natural lashes.

I hope you enjoyed this look. Feel free to leave a comment below if you have any questions.
Thank you for reading, TaylorPie.

Weekly tip, HUGE news and nail color of the week!

Hello, everyone! Just before I started to jump in bed I decided to check my Instagram. While scrolling through all of the posts I came across great news from Too Faced. To find out what it is read my news section below. I decided to stay up late and write this post in a jiffy so everyone can take part in the news before it's too late. So let's get started with this weeks tip!

Tip- How to achieve a pillowy effect on the lips.
Have you ever looked at Angelina Jolie's lips and felt envy jolt through your body? Well I have a tip to share with you that helps you accomplish the pillowy plumped lips. All you have to do is: First, layer on your lip products--such as lipstick, lip balm and lipstick again. Then pick up a pink powder blush and dust it on the center of your lips. The results are natural, enhanced lips that will have other girls feeling the same jealousy you had for Angelina!

The HUGE beauty news!
On Friday, Too faced released their new Little Black Book of Bronzers and sold out that same day! A lot of people were impacted with beauty despair but fortunately I have hope for all of those saddend souls! Too Faced is restocking it! It's happening tomorrow(5-20) on their website at 10 a.m. PST. This time it will be sold out forever and they have very limited-quantities. So be sure to set your alarm clock, take a coffe break at work, ask the teacher to use the bathroom, whatever a girls gotta do, just do it in the morning before you miss out on it AGAIN. If your not sure you want it, just check out my review on it and decide if you do. I gotta say, I love it and I don't regret spending $140 on it.

Nail color of the week
Charlotte Russe-Love, Charlotte ❤️Xo nail polish. Unfortunatly, the color is not on the bottle.

New Too Faced The Little Black Book Of Bronzers-review, swatches and photos

Hello, everyone! I have an exciting review to share with you all today. Thanks to 2 day shipping I recieved The Little Black Book of Bronzers from Too Faced. If you don't already know, this palette has all of the Too Faced bronzers in full size. I hesitated because of the price($139,$240 sold separately) but I just couldn't resist! Personally, I don't think everyone needs this limited edition piece. I think it's more for people who are makeup addicts or collectors. It is a great way to build your collection, though. Especially for those who are new to Too Faced bronzers or just bronzers in general.

Let's take a look inside!

When you first open the book you see 7 columns dedicated to each day of the week. The idea is that each bronzer has it's own unique purpose, Such as a power player, lunch with mom, date night, girls night out, play hooky, peace love & festivals, and Sunday funday. For the sake of your eyes, I will write each bronzers description with the individual swatches.

I have to say, what I love most about this book is with every purchase made money is donated to to cancer research! The founder of Too Faced has a sister who was diagnosed with Melanoma and he dedicated his life to creating beautiful bronzers that give a golden glow without the risk of sun exposure. Aside from his miraculous work, Too Faced has donated nearly $100,000 to the Melanoma Research Foundation. It's so inspirational when leading brands connect with the world and actually care. By the way, his sister is now healthy!
Here is the other page of the book. There are eight bronzers total in this bronzer wardrobe. Each bronzer has it's own colored section. The set up kind of reminds me of a game show. If only there was a spinner, it would make my decision so much easier when I'm deciding which one to wear! Anyways, under each bronzer it will tell you the name and what kind of look you get with each one.

The packaging
Like most Too Faced palettes, the packaging itself is very sturdy. It's not very travel friendly of course but I feel confident enough not to worry about damage to the goods inside. I'm not quite sure where I'm going to store it. I swear it's the size of medium pizza box. Some people might find it difficult to use. Whipping out a large palette is never fun/convenient but when you save $100 it's totally worth it. Of course you could always depot the bronzers but you would be taking a major risk of ruining the palette. Some people buy it for the saving and others, like me, buy it because of the packaging.

Here are all of the swatches together. I hope the comparisons makes it easier for you if you just plan on picking up a single.

Overall
All of the bronzers are soft, pigmented, long-lasting and blend very easily. None of the bronzers accentuate my imperfections nor look muddy of them. These have to be my favorite bronzers of all time! This book isn't a hit or miss deal, every single bronzer is the real deal!
The packaging is big but rediculously cute. Everyone can find their perfect shade from the bronzer wardrobe and if you don't want to pay that much buy a single.
The single bronzers sell for $30 each and the bronzers are $17.50 a piece in the Little Black Book of Bronzers.
That's actually a huge amount of money saved and you won't regret purchasing it.
I'm also pleased to know my part of my purchase goes towards Melanoma research. So if you plan on picking one up do it during May because the donation ends this month.
